All offers of accommodation are made subject to the cottages being available on receipt of confirmation accompanied by a deposit of £80 per property per week or short stay. This will be credited against your account and is non-returnable in the event of cancellation. The cottages are serviced prior to your arrival and are available from 4pm and to be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
All accounts to be settled 3 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellations within 3 weeks of your holiday are only refundable if we manage to re-let the property at short notice. You may wish to take out the cancellation plan forwarded with our confirmation of your holiday reservation. This will cover you for any reasonable unforseen eventualities should you have to cancel your holiday.
Small, well behaved dogs are acceped by prior arrangement only and will be charged at £20 each per week or short stay. Animals must not be left in the properties unattended. The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage including theft, to the person or property of the hirer or members of their party during the term of letting.
The proprietors reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if, in their opinion, such a course is deemed necessary.
All the cottages are STRICTLY NON SMOKING but smoking is allowed outside the properties.
